1. How does BrokerCarrier make the onboarding process better?

Short answer – by taking all of the work out of it. Carriers can complete your onboarding process right from their smartphone, tablet, or computer.

The BrokerCarrier application is just a bit of code that you add to your website, and then all you have to do is send carriers the link. In a simple 5-minute process, we collect the carrier's complete information, required documents, and digital signature on your broker-carrier agreement. It saves you a lot of time, money, and frustration by eliminating carrier packets altogether and replacing them with sleek, simple online application.

2. What if we don't have a website?

That's OK! Every BrokerCarrier account comes with a portable onboarding link that you can use in emails, text messages, social media posts, online forums, your Google My Business profile—anywhere that you can paste a link. 3. How is BrokerCarrier different from other carrier onboarding services?

1. Can we customize the look and feel of the onboarding forms to match our website?

Absolutely! We give you full control to customize the design right from your account dashboard. If you need help with design customization or website integration, our team of customization specialists are always here to help.

2. We onboard a lot of owner-ops while they're on the road. Does BrokerCarrier work well on phones?

Our entire platform is optimized to work beautifully on smartphones, tablets, and computers. A carrier can complete your onboarding process right from their phone any time, any place.

3. What happens when we reach our limit of onboarded carriers in a month?

From the carrier's perspective, nothing. They will go through the onboarding process like normal. From your perspective, you'll have a notification in your Dashboard that you have x number of carriers waiting to join your network, pending the necessary upgrade to your plan.

Our service plans are designed so that you're highly unlikely to encounter this issue. We recommend beginning with a Starter Plan and then upgrading as you go.

Accounts & Billing

1. What happens if we cancel before the end of our free trial?

First, thank you for giving BrokerCarrier a try! As for your account, it will simply stop working at the end of your free trial period and you will never be charged.

2. What will our billing cycle be?

BrokerCarrier plans are billed monthly, beginning on the day after your 30-day free trials ends. There is or minimum commitment, and you cancel or change your plan at any time.

3. We need more capacity for carriers and/or users. Can we upgrade our plan?

Yes. Your account administrator can upgrade your plan with a single click from the Account Settings screen of your Dashboard. If you upgrade to the Brokerage plan, there are no longer any resource limits and you will never need to upgrade again.
