Help Center & Documentation

Your BrokerCarrer account comes with four main features that put your carrier network on autopilot and let you focus on building your book of business.

What it does
Carrier Onboarding
This replaces your carrier packet and conducts the entire process of carrier onboarding for you. When a carrier clicks your onboarding link, they will be taken to your onboarding form to complete the process and electronically sign your broker-carrier agreement.
Load Announcements
You have the ability to post load announcements in your dashboard, which will send email alerts to the dispatchers of those carriers who match the load. It's important to maintain communication with your carrier network, and notifying them of available loads on a consistent basis is the best way to do that.
Carrier Network Manager
Your dashboard securely stores and maintains your complete carrier network roster, along with each carrier's info, documents, and signed agreement. You can also search and filter your carrier network by name, MC number, DOT number, services, and equipment. Carrier statuses are managed here as well.
Authorized Users
For some BrokerCarrier plans, you have the ability to add multiple authorized agents to your account. Your authorized agents can manage carriers and post load announcements, but only the account administrator can manage users.
