Carrier Network Manager
You have the ability to view and download all carrier documents (W-9’s, authority certs, insurance certs) and signed copies of your broker-carrier agreement for every carrier in your network. We securely store and protect your vital business documents right here in your private dashboard.
The carrier network manager divides your carriers into separate lists based on their operating status with you, and you can freely move carriers between these lists at any time.
All BrokerCarrier plans allow you to onboard unlimited carriers. There is never any limit to how many carriers you can have in your network.
From your Dashboard, go to Carriers → Approved.
This screen is your list of approved carriers, the ones who will receive alerts when you post load announcements.
The list is sorted by newest-first initially, but you can sort by any other field simply by clicking it’s heading at the top of the list. For example, clicking Business Name will sort carriers alphabetically by their name.
You can search your carrier network by entering a name, MC number, or DOT number in the search bar at the top of your carrier list. Any carriers that match your search will be listed in newest-first order.
To filter your carriers based on the services they provide and the equipment they have, click the Filter button in the upper-right corner of your carrier list. Then select the filters you wish you apply and click Apply filters.
