Authorized Users

You have the ability to add authorized agents to your BrokerCarrier account. They will be able to manage carriers and post load announcements, but cannot manage users. Only the account adminstrator who created the BrokerCarrier account can manage users.

The number of users that you can add to your account depends on your subscription plan.

Dashboard → Users

Your account users are listed in the same tabular format as carriers and load announcements. The account administrator’s name will appear in bold. Only the account administrator has access to this screen—your authorized agents do not.
